As an experienced revenue leader with a management & technology consulting background, I am a results-driven people person. In my career, I've navigated a wide variety of corporations and healthcare startups, honing my ability to understand how to solve big problems in a space riddled with regulation and bureaucracy. 

Personally, I thrive in environments, where rallying a diverse team and communicating a vision is a priority. My ability to understand individuals' motivations, meet people where they are, and articulate clearly enables me to develop strong teams with clear, coordinated efforts.

I get up every morning excited to work with incredible people who are leveraging innovative technology to impact the world around us. 

My current role is transforming how healthcare organizations use technology to address transportation as a social determinant of health. Today, transportation systems in healthcare are fragmented, opaque, and shaped by misaligned incentives. Healthcare organizations lack the resources needed to measure performance, forecast demand, or design equitable programs, and patients are ultimately the ones who suffer. I'm part of the Founding Team at Roundtrip, a growing health tech company using software to coordinate non-emergency medical transportation - removing transportation as a barrier to wellbeing.

I'm lucky enough to live in Los Angeles, CA with my husband, Holden, and quirky rescue pup, Indy. You'll often find me on hikes with the both of them, at the beach gladly getting sandy, throwing themed parties, or making PowerPoints for fun.
